Purpose of This Statement
UGC Mastery Academy (“UGCMA”) provides this Income Disclosure Statement (“IDS”) to give prospective students an accurate, conservative, and verifiable picture of the range of income outcomes our students have achieved.
This IDS is the only authoritative source of income-claim language used in UGCMA marketing materials. Any income-related representation in UGCMA marketing, sales conversations, or social content must be consistent with this IDS.
Important Disclaimers
- Results vary materially. The income outcomes described below are based on data from prior students. Future student results depend on individual effort, market conditions, niche selection, prior experience, available time, and many other factors. No specific income outcome is guaranteed.
- Past performance is not predictive of future results. The income figures reported below reflect the trailing 12-month period and may not represent the experience of future students.
- Most students do not become full-time UGC creators. Earning meaningful income as a UGC creator requires sustained effort, consistent outreach, skill development, and the ability to navigate brand relationships.
- The Break-Even Commitment is not an income guarantee. It is a commitment to continued coaching, subject to the participation requirements documented in the enrollment agreement.
Income Definitions Used in This Statement
“UGC income” as reported in this statement means: gross revenue earned directly from UGC creation activity, including:
- Cash compensation for paid brand deals
- Estimated retail value of gifted product / barter compensation tied to UGC content
- Affiliate or commission income directly attributable to UGC content produced
“UGC income” does not include: consulting, agency, coaching, teaching, or any non-UGC-creation income.
